About Us

Daniel Lock and Leigh Tuck are both Natural Resources Wales licensed bat workers for over 7 years with over 11 years surveying and bat monitoring experience. We both have a wide experience in countryside management and protected species and have worked on many projects related to bat conservation.

We have experience undertaking surveys as part of the National Bat Monitoring Programme, as well as undertaking numerous building and tree surveys for bats for the private sector. Within the course of their careers both have also been involved in monitoring and surveying of other European protected species such as Dormouse and Great crested newt and have worked extensively in habitat management for the enhancement of protected species.
